Wed. December 13th at 9pm EDT

NEXT UP: It has become a tradition in our house, just like trimming the Christmas tree and our annual holiday party - spending an evening virtually with you in my Winter Holiday Vidcast, "Home for the Holidays". I promise the decorations will be done, the cheer will run deep, and I've got songs, stories, treats and even some incentives to round out your holiday shopping for loved ones and friends. I hope you'll stock your favorite beverage and snacks, and come on over to my house Wednesday December 13th at 9pm Eastern time. There will be a special sale on music and merchandise that night, but you'll have to tune in for the sale code, and the sale will be short so we have time to get everything on your doorstep in time for the holidays!

Of course, as is typical for this virtual community experience. I sing songs and tell stories on the video and answer your questions, say hello and take a few requests via the Chat Room.

You can try it out for the first few minutes for free - then pay $1 or whatever it's worth to you - your contributions help keep the roof over my family. Huge thanks for your generosity - that is my salary for the week (and it keeps the tour bus off the road, not carbon neutral but a whole lot better than driving a couple thousand miles). It's a lot of fun, and a really special experience. I usually mix in a couple chestnuts from out of my early catalog, sometimes a fun cover of a traditional tune, or a standard from the Great American Songbook, or who the heck knows. And of course, a few longtime favorites too.

Please head to - and use the sharing tools for social media and email to help spread the word. It would be a delight to share some "face" time with you, raise a toast or two together and perhaps even welcome spring in a few places too. I'd love for you to join me and to help get my music out to more people too.

Would you like to get a single text reminder on the day of my vidcast? Email us your name and text number, and we'll only use it for that one reminder!

ConcertWindow keeps 1/3 of the proceeds and the rest goes to the artist. The webcast will not be recorded – it's offered in real time only.

Come by a little early to make sure you are set and ready:

  • Make sure your Adobe Flash Player is up to date
  • Test your speed at (just don't buy anything or scan your computer - you can simply use the speed test and get useful info about your connection). Comcast users can use
  • iPad/iPhone users - you should get a specially tailored stream as long as you use Safari for your browser. Since some of you had trouble with the last vidcast, you might want to check out a few moments of another Concert Window show a day before so there is plenty of opportunity to report bugs/issues to them and not miss the show!

Our ConcertWindow page also has 1-song teasers from some previous vidcasts. If you missed hearing Dang Varmints, or Andrew and guitarist/composer Michael DeLalla playing together live in the attic, come over anytime for a look and listen.
